Palmetto Drones LLC

Palmetto Drones, LLC, which is one of the first and among the few companies in South Carolina to meet requisite FAA licensing requirements to engage in commercial operations.

I was born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina where I reside with my wife and daughter. Following graduation from Spring Valley High School , I joined the US Army as an Aviation Operations Specialist. My duty stations included Fort Rucker, Alabama, Yongsan, South Korea and Fort Hood, Texas.

After completing active duty I served with the South Carolina National Guard while attending flight school. I obtained my Certified Flight Instructor Certificate at Orlando Flight Training in Kissimmee, Florida and instructed there and also at North American Institute of Aviation in Conway, South Carolina.

I began flying commercially for Ram Air Freight out of Columbia Metropolitan Airport, flying time critical freight in all weather throughout the Southeast. After a year of flying cargo with Ram Air, I joined Eagle Aviation based at CAE as a corporate charter pilot flying a Citation V business jet.

In January of 2016, I started Palmetto Drones, LLC.
