Fire & Rice is a Paella catering company located in southwest Florida. In the first quarter of 2015 we will be offering Fire & Rice franchise locations to the public. Being a veteran myself, I want to assist both veterans and active duty members with developing their own businesses. We will be offering substantial discounts to our veteran and active duty communities.

Comments on the Military and Business Ownership
I learned at a very young age the traits that are necessary to be successful in the military are the same traits that you need to be a successful entrepreneur. You need to have discipline, you must be honest, deliver what you promise, lookout for your brothers, deliver on your promises, must be self-assured, willing to help assist your team and your guests. You must be willing to work hard and do things that many aren't willing to do to make sure you are ready to accept opportunities.
