21 years in the Army and Army National Guard has prepared me for business in many ways including building leadership, organization, perseverance, and motivation. Military service experience has helped me in high-pressure situations where quick decisions are needed. I learned how to lead and motivate others, set goals, delegate tasks, and build strong teams. I developed problem-solving abilities and a mission-oriented mindset to overcome challenges and seize opportunities.
